The Cult of Ambiguity: Non-judgmentalism and Islamic Terror

Welcome to my new blog. This was my first ever opinion piece. Hope you like it. Hope you respond.

Some contemporary liberals ask how the (non islamic) world can sit in judgment of islamic aggression since we are also not without our flaws. What right do we have to call these dark ages death cult jihadi savages bad, wrong or (dare I say?) evil, even as they prove daily their oppressive, imperialist resolve in the most inhumanly brutal and unspeakable ways? Many are loath to label them anything critical because that would be "self righteous". I say what garbage!

I would submit that such a state of moral poverty is actually not any better than the savages so many of these types somehow manage to sympathize with. When good judgement is portrayed as bigotry or intolerance; When a firm sense of right and wrong and common decency is demonized as self righteous "judgmentalism" something has truly gone dreadfully wrong. Especially in the context of something so very plainly wrong as islamo-nazi-fascism. We know "the west" is not perfect. So what? Because our parents weren't perfect either did they lose any and all authority? Who ever heard of such a thing?

This is one of the most destructive aspects of radical left wing (pseudo) liberalism today: The warped and failed dogmas of selective "tolerance" and "non-judgmentalism". Evil twin offspring of the disease of political correctness; Born of a fuzzy pre-occupation with "feelings"; A child's mindset of emotion over the reason and logic of an adult. Has modern liberalism mutated into perpetual rebelion against any and all adult realities as Prager put it? ...lest someone actually gets offended or not like them? Runaway infantilism? One need only look to the kind of children it tends to raise. And raze.

This is a critical key to the struggle against islamic terror. An inability of moral weaklings to call anything even bad or wrong, much less evil. ...Except of course those who will not conform to this "progressive" new religion of moral relativism; Those who will not submit to this suicide cult of ambiguity; Those who still believe in "backward" things like honor and virtue and valor and grace.

The reason we of the civilized world have the right and moral authority to judge and say that is wrong! ...is because of common decency. Humanity. A strong sense of right and wrong born of what has always been considered backbone and moral character, derived, in large part, from strong parental discipline and leadership, and all that the history of civilization has taught us; From all the best that the great minds and experiments and cultures and religions of the world have contributed, and our free access to that knowledge... But it's really more basic. It's just born of the same simple goodness as knowing the difference between stopping to help an injured creature and turning away. It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. It doesn't take much more than a shred of humanity to know that violent jihad is wrong, and it doesn't take all that much backbone to say so. Nor is doing so incompatible with humility. When something is so self evident and patently evil as this, we don't need to cite a parental or religious or any other source for our "right to judge" or "moral authority". A shred of humanity is the only right and authority we need.

What is more incoherent than this bizarre disorder of theirs? Would they not 'judge' who should best be trusted with their own children? Their aging parents? Their very future? If not they are a fool. If so, by their standards they are being judgmental. If not then they should not even have children until they are ready for the world of adults. I would even request that they abstain from voting until they can be more...
grown up.

Has liberalism become so spineless and mush-headed as this? We see the answer every day. Moral relativism. Moral equivalency. Moral ambiguity. Moral bankruptcy. Fatal flaws of the neo-liberal left which, if allowed to fester long enough, will be the undoing of us all. Stand for decency and for what is right. It has always been and always will be worth the effort, and it is still okay to know wrong from right and to call it like it is. Anyone can be a mushy degenerate weakling. Be something you will look back upon with some healthy pride and stand for goodness! Let not the p.c. police or the aid and comfort media tell you otherwise, for in the (simplified) words of Edmund Burke, evil triumphs when the good do nothing. Thanks to Dennis Prager for inspiration. Thanks for listening. Libertyworld.
